As a small business, each of our clients are vital to our success and we will treat you as such. JT Cleans will arrive when scheduled, do an exemplary job, send invoices on time, re-schedule as needed, and always be reachable when you need us.

We are committed to the health and well-being of our clients and employees. We only use non-harsh chemicals throughout our practice.

We will also never send an unwell cleaner to your property, sick employees are encouraged to stay home and get well. We’ll work with you and our staff to find a substitute cleaner or reschedule.

All employees are fully vaccinated and will wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and masks, if requested by management associations or residents.

Our cleaners always maintain an organized worksite and keep a watchful eye on equipment and chemicals to keep children, pets and all other residents safe.

JT Cleans is fully insured to protect your properties, residents, and our employees from damage and injuries.

When choosing equipment, supplies and cleaning solutions we always consider our environmental footprint. We only use non-harsh and concentrated chemicals, reusable glass spray bottles, bag-less vacuums with rechargeable batteries, washable clothes and dusters.

On occasion, stronger cleaners or paper products are needed. In these instances we still select the most earth friendly option and always dispose of waste in an environmentally conscious way.

Our employees are the backbone of our business, and are treated as such. All JT Cleans employees are paid above industry standards, have flexible work hours to ensure a work/life balance with an emphasis on family and health first, and as the boots on the ground staff their suggestions for best business practices and ways to improve are always listened to.

We take these steps to ensure employees stick with us for the long-term so residents see the same cleaners in their buildings each time, developing a sense of safety and ensuring consistency in cleaning.
